Before Raven McKevlin moved next-door to Sam Hazeltine, she had never been close to someone with Down syndrome. Their meeting began a journey of deep friendship that changed McKevlin forever. She was later inspired to create a documentary following the life of her friend and the experiences of others with disabilities.

The feature-length film Fix My Eyes gives an honest look at the need for real inclusion and belonging for all people in every realm of life. Through a lens of love and advocacy, this film encourages viewers to see a person's worth before a societal label. An authentic perspective into the lives of these change agents reminds us that inclusion should be the norm, not the exception.
